Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to use BLACK THREAD eco. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Businesses, farms, food businesses, resources and community organizations must be accurately represented by the person who creates the profile.

You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant BLACK THREAD eco a limited licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content so the service can operate — including showing it in the feed, search, the directory and, where you request it, promoted placements.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including photos and video.

Follow the Community Guidelines. We may hide content, limit features, remove listings or suspend accounts that violate them or the law.

Promotion requests are reviewed before they run. Promoted posts and listings are always labeled. Placement is not a guarantee of sales, reach or outcomes, and we may decline or stop a promotion that breaks these terms.

Replace this placeholder with your final billing, refund and cancellation terms before charging for promotions.

Optional links to other platforms are provided for convenience. BLACK THREAD eco does not control those services and is not responsible for them. Any future connection to an external platform will require your explicit permission at that time.

The service is provided as is. BLACK THREAD eco does not verify every business claim; do your own due diligence before entering a transaction.

You can stop using BLACK THREAD eco at any time. We may end or suspend access for violations of these terms. Replace this placeholder with your final liability, warranty, dispute resolution and governing-law language.
